Bale Wrapper

The SFI SWM0830 bale wrapper is designed for our MRB 850 and 855 series round balers. This machine is used to wrap haylage bales which are a premium feed. Haylage is the optimum choice in areas where cool weather is abundant and drying time is not. Once the material reaches a moisture content of 70% it can be baled and wrapped. Fermentation time is 45-60 days and the results are a sweet smelling feed that animals go crazy for. The wrapping machine can be used to wrap regular hay bales to be sold as a package for easy handling in a vehicle. The wrapped bales can be left outside or in the field until needed so a storage building in not required.
